I know I need to have my rear axle seals done. Should I bother having the bearing assembly replaced. I was just thinking as I will have everything apart I should just do them, But it would save me some cash as they aren't cheap. They range from 140 for the timkin ones and 280 for the oem ones. Just wanted your guys opinion thanks.

Depends on how many miles are on your old ones. If you have 250k miles and plan on keeping the 4runner then change them. If you plan on selling soon just put in the new seals.
