Assist with body mount chop in Denver

Got my lift and tires all done, now I've been working on all my rubbing and clearencing for the 285/70/17 duratracs even though I have 3+" lift and alignment done.

I chopped the body mounts and am looking for someone locally in Denver area who has access to a welder and basic metal fab skills to help me burn in some plates to provide support to the newly chopped body mounts. I'm willing to cover food, beverage, or pay $ if that's nesseccary.

The forward body mount is so far back you don't clearance it out unless you've moved the firewall so far back that you modified the door hinges which I don't think you would need with 33s to begin with. Do you have a picture where you had to cut to clear?

4th gen 2005. A lot of people have to chop the body mount common for 3rd and 4th gen when going to 33" tires or larger. My tires are rubbing like freaking crazy and I'm talking like going up/down driveways while turning. Can't imagine going off road right now.

Not at all I've read several posts about the body mount chop for both 3rd and 4th gen with 33" tires

Spacers would make it worse.. I have aftermarket rims 17x8.5 -10 offset so they are the ideal rim spacing

Your thinking of 4th and 5th gen, they share the same frame basically. The 3rd Gen only needs a body mount chop for 36+ inch tires, and you would run in to the body first so you would need a body lift on top of that.
