Atermarket HU and rear seat controls

I'm assuming that if I install an aftermarket HU I'll lose my rear seat audio system...my daughter won't be too happy about that. Is there any way to replace the HU and keep the rear seat controls intact?

I'm assuming the rear seat audio won't work with the Scion HU either?

That's a good question, but I'm pretty sure they also will not work with the Scion HU.
