I want to get some ideas for behind the lower grille.
Do any of you have photos of your installs using stuff you fabbed up, NOT" off-the-shelf"?

Been looking here and there for a few days, off and on, and will be installing three on a LTD/NS.
Google image search isn't all that conducive either. :mmph:

Plan is...
One will be heated due to the stock LED headlights, and two fogs, one on each side of the heated unit.

tough to beat the off the shelf brackets TBH. BUT i'm gonna do a combo. Rago fab behind the grille brackets, rago outside the grille tabs (they suck but they'll work) and i have a extruded aluminum cross bar coming in the mail to bolt to the tabs. from there i'll mount 3 Baja Designs XL Pro's. plan is to easily remove the cross bar/lights when not on trips.

Can't use anything that is out there (that I have seen thus far) as I am going for three separate bars and the LTD front fascias are the oddballs...

1/4" plate, cut and weld, drill holes where needed, bolt it up. its not difficult, just time consuming.

Well aware. I was going to bend up some aluminum but am interested in seeing how different people approach things.
