Audio System Upgrade - 2004 Toyota 4Runner

Hi,
I just picked up my 04 toyota 4runner and i am quite exited about it. IT comes with the standard OEM Audio and i am looking at upgrading.

My question is

1. Can i upgrade the OEM Audio system to include the additional features below?
2. If note, Please recommend some models i can look at. No so fancy, budget friendly....
3. I am not sure i have the budget to change the speakers but please recommend some speakers something from JBL that is budget friendly.

What I am looking at;

1. iPod / iPhone Control
2. Ability to read and operate iDevice information
3. CD Compartment, if i have to replace this with the existing one.
4. Dispaly panel with the basics
   
5. USB
6. Bluetooth (Not really a big deal)

Please attach links to your recommendation.

Did some research and the JVC KW-R800BT is within my budget.

What does this warning mean?

A receiver with a fold-down face will not fit in your vehicle.

Alternatives are welcomed.

I haven't seen the warning you listed before, not personally sure why that's there for our vehicles. You said OEM system but does that mean you have the JBL sound package or no?
