Aurora LED Light Bar

don't buy AURORA.. i've had the 10" 20" 40" single rows, 40w cubes.
All recent purchases.. Nothing tests close to rated wattages anymore. The closest i got was a 100w bar that tested at 82w.. 82% of rated wattage.

All my 40w cubes, test at 30w.. I have like 10 of them, from various sellers. All consistent.

my 40" bar rated 200w.. Tests at 125w... These are all current stock. Stay far far away.

aurora 10" SR Amber bar.. tested at 10 watts. Should have been 3w leds x10.. 30 watts.

Oof, that's not good. Any recommendations that won't break the bank?

wished there was.. Very disappointed when i had to return all the aurora stuff that i could return due to it not meeting advertised specs.

With most cheap amazon/ebay/china bars, its a given that they won't perforn to the numbers advertised.

Aurora bars for the most part are semi-premium and they were known for being great because they performed to spec, and a cost less then rigid. Nowadays, they are still cheaper then rigid, but they are no longer getting anywhere near the wattages they advertise.

I have all Baja, rigid, and Piaa bars now. They aren't cheap.. but atleast they work as advertised. A lot of the other bars out there that look like Aurora, are rebadged aurora, so they will perform the same as the newest aurora bars..

on tacoworld, theres a guy that can get you pretty good pricing on rigid stuff.
