Here is a general route I think would work. Still a few challenges, but no damage.... I took my buddy in his stock Jeep on this the other day with no issues at all.

Down park road 2 out of area B towards Dino Falls. You can cut off on Falls to have a little fun on some of those steep hills it offers. Continue on park road 2 to north Pole (there is a real tricky decent on north pole, but should be fine if you stay way to the right and stack a few rocks). Follow north pole to where NoName is. There is a connecting trail there that goes back to park road 2. Then back track on PR 2 until it hits PR1. Take it to PR3 and up to the tower. From there there is a connecting trail to the fenceline which is doable up to feeder creek, but you probably have to turn around at that that point. Feeder creek is rated a 1, but If I remember correctly it has changed to a point where its a challenge that might not be doable in a stock truck (worth taking a look at though).

So I have the crappy tube steps they put on at the dealer...should I remove them or keep them on for the trail riding tomorrow?

Sounds reasonable. While over in that Dino falls area we can probably do royal gorge right there. We got a stock Frontier through it recently and those are low. Getting out is the only challenge but we can make it happen.

I would take them off so they don't bend into your door just in case.

We're actually meeting in CP in the Walmart parking lot at 7:15-7:20 if that's more convenient

I'll be at the Walmart too.

BTW, just wondering if we're suppose to pack a lunch,or will there be food available to buy there? Sorry for the noob question.

Would need to see what people's tolerance is for potential damage. Maybe save that for the afternoon. I've seen quite a few tires sliced on royal gorge. You can't see the rocks in the water. You are right though. It is very doable. All the exits are a bit of a challenge for stocker Especially now.

I happen to have some video of my truck on the harder of the two exits. It looks easy.. but trust me it is not. There is a much easier line (I was just screwing around taking the harder line). I've seen fully built solid axle trucks built up like crazy unable to make that line. It all depends on the conditions...

NO food on site unless you are really good at hunting wild boar in the middle of the day I've seen a few in the evening LOL

Lol its OK it's a good question. Bring water (I would say about a case per 2 people) and whatever lunch meat you wanna eat.

I'm not gonna make it there tomorrow, spent the day at Bridgeport OHV park taking my trucks virginity.

I would like to make it down to Hidden Falls for a 1 or 2 night camping trip in the next few weeks if anyone else is interested in planning another trip.

Sounds like a plan. Check some of the posts here some of the other guys can't make it tomorrow some were talking about weekend runs in the coming weeks. How did your 4runner do?

Well, I am not gonna make it. I started to rip out my interior last night to add camping lights. Then I had to work. So, my truck is still in pieces. I am gonna try to make it next time. So, let me know if you guys go again.

I hope y'all take more pics tomorrow.

I will probably not meet you all there, and just take back roads from Killeen. See you all there.

Idk if it'd be faster to take 281 there then go back up 1431 or just go 183 to 243 in Bertram then 1173. May wanna look that part up :)
