I have a 2003 4Runner Limited that needs new tires. Original tires are still on the car, but just found out they are dry-rotting (57k miles).
Looking for new tires - live in Philly, so I mostly drive in the city, but also need to ensure they are good for the snow. Suggestions for the best tires to get? More concerned with quality than price.
