Auto to manual conversion, what all bolts right up?

I’m researching how to convert to a R150F for my OM606 swap and want to know what all bolts right up and what needs to be fabricated on the transmission side of things. I know driveshafts will be different. Do crossmembers swap out or do I need to make one? What centers the transmission in this kind of swap if the original motor isn’t used?

The crossmember is the same, the crossmember mount is different.

Also, the transmission crossmember and mount are what centers/positions the transmission front to rear so that the shifters will be in the correct place. Depending on your engine size and/or adapters needed I think you can move it towards the rear an inch without running into clearance issues unless you have a body lift. As others have said, the crossmember is the same. The ears on the frame are the same too, just welded on in a different location. (same deal for 2WD to 4WD swaps).

Since you are also swapping a motor, you may want/need to move it front or rear from the stock location anyway. Watch the shifter location...
