Automatic Shift Lever Replacement???

Ok, I have searched with no luck all over the web for any aftermarket gear shifter alternative to the awkard stick that currently sticks out like a sore thumb.

Does anyone know of an alternative to OEM set-up of the automatic shift lever on the SR5 4x4 model?

Please advise. Also looking to update speedo guage cluster if anyone has any recomendations?
