automatic trans. fluid

Hi all,

Where do I check the automatic transmission fluid level. I looked but didn't see a dipstick?? I have a V-6 2005.

I did the same thing, then discovered that it's a sealed unit, no dipstick...

hmmm ...

When I went to change the oil I did a bonehead thing and loosened the wrong plug. I let about 4oz of transmission fluid out before I got the drain closed off again. Should I be concerned?

If you are sure it was only 4oz, it shouldn't be a problem. but, if it was any more than that, you may have to take it to the dealer, and have him check the level. I believe there is a 'sight' plug on the side of the trans (like a manual trans) which is used to fill and check level.
