AUX Audio and Video on 2005 Factory Nav

Has anyone found a way to add AUX audio and video to the 2005 Limited factory nav(E7005)?

Coastaltech just added a new "Lockpick" module, but it doesn't expressly say it'll work with my system. All the demos use the E7003 model.

I've emailed them several times over the last few months and I've yet to get a reply. Like most people, I can't afford to buy it and have it not work.

Hey..I emailed them myself to see if it will work with my 2006 model and they claim that it will. There is a section that shows what features will work with each model and year car. From the looks of the chart, it shows that the Lockpick 2 will work with all 2004-2006 model year 4runners for enabling the audio and video inputs. Although they responded to my email and said that it will work, I am still very skeptical about it because I already have a backup camera installed (which i have a feeling uses up the input that they say is "auxiliary") and I also installed Sirius directly on the Nav, which I know screws up other similar products from competing manufacturers.

If you do wind up buying it, let me know how it works out.

According to that compatibility chart it should work.

It does seem to need the separate Ultimate iPod unit but the controls seems much more advanced than other iPod interfaces.

Lets hear some reports! This unit could be a huge breakthrough!

I'm also looking into picking up a dvd player/tv tuner unit. Can anyone recommend a good one? Anything I should look out for? Does the TV Tuner really work that well in a car?

I also have a 2005 NAV equipped T4R and I'd love to add one of these if they work as advertised.

Exactly the model I'm looking at. Looks like you will be our guinea pig! Its quite a responsibility.

I have a 2006 Limited V8 with Nav and this puppy looks like everything I need. ;):
 
How do you get the factory DVD changer that the guy talks about in the demo video? I only know of a 6 CD changer available from Toyota.

I think the new Denso navs(e7009?) come with a built in 4 disc changer.

I'm fairly confident the adapter will work. I'll definitely be taking pics along the way for you guys!
