Avatar upload problem

Hello, fellow T4R fans!

A Noob to the forum, and have an avatar question I hope someone can answer. Trying to upload a picture of my ride that will show up under my Username when I post. Keep getting "upload failed" error. The image is in JPEG format and is 140x105 at 13.1KB.
Should be small enough to display, right? Am I missing something here? :ybrick:
