Avatars reenabled

I just managed to figure out how to reenable uploading of new avatars, you should now be able to upload up to a 100x100 pixel avatar (don't worry, I made sure that was big enough to accomodate eskimochaos' award winning avatar ). Go to your usercp, then click edit avatar and you'll see the spot where you can upload a custom avatar. Enjoy!

Just bumpted it up to 140. I couldn't remember what it was set at before the software upgrade so I'll go on your word that it was 140. But if the mods tell me there was a big fight over this at one point and that it was shrunken then I'll have to readress this I guess. There are some folks with avatars even bigger than 140 x 140 so I suppose at some point it must have been set even higher. But it looks like the change has no effect on old avatars so they're grandfathered in.

ooh that is a LexGX...in the pic it looks really small...like a tiny wheelbase....the pic makes it look the size of a jeep liberty or something...but i know the GX is much bigger
