I can't believe how easily these scratch. I put the Toyota deflector on my TE in the fall, the vehicle went into storage for the winter and I had a car cover over it. When I removed the cover a couple of weeks ago I noticed scratches that were ever so fine but still distinct. They had to have happened while putting the cover on and taking it off. This was a very light and breathable cover. I know that they make a product for removing fine scratches in plastic motorcycle windshields that according to my friends works very well so you might want to try that if you decide to keep it or experience scratching down the road with it's replacement.
