Very simple. I would recommend borriwing spring compressors though as it is hard to wedge the springs back in with the spacers. I installed 2.5" in the rear...probably couldn't have done it w/o the spring compressors.
 
Ball Joint spacers, not coil spring spacers.

B.J. Spacers are a breeze to install, the instructions that come with are all you will need.
 
Upper ball joint spacers will go in between your upper control arm and will sit on top of your ball joint.
 
i installed mine in like 3 hours and thats onlybecause i cleaned everything and painted and put new shocks on
