back seat mattress?

anyone have experience with something like this? i drive from UT-NY-UT at least once a year, I've used an inflatable mattress with the seats down before, but ive had a roof box to keep my stuff in. got rid of the box, and i bring just enough stuff to be annoying to move around each time. i like the idea of these because i can keep everything in the cargo area.

fortunately I'm short enough, not perfect, but for a couple nights i don't think it will be too bad.
