Back Up Camera while in Drive?

Is there anyway to activate the back up camera while in Drive? I thought it might be amusing at times to see what's going on behind you. Is there some kind of trick like the 'volume screen' one, or would we need to hotwire whatever circuit is tripped when you put it in reverse? Someone get working on this. Thanks.

wouldn't be hard to wire a switch the fools the camera into thinking you put it in reverse.
