Back up lights!

I've decided to put a hold on the L.E.D.S for the lights on the dashboard and the corner lights. I want to purchase backup lights for the 4Runner. I'm not sure where I'd put them though, should I set it on the grill or on the top of the 4Runner roof?

Also, would it be legal for me to have both lights on? Headlights+Backup lights if they have the same type (hopefully another 6000k HID's if it's available?)

i think you mean driving lights and yes its not a good idea to have them on with the low beams

I have no idea how to review that graph to be honest. I'm confused just by looking at it. :|
