back window off track..?

Hey guys i decided to tackle a number of little gremlins today on my day off, my rear window somehow came off track (the top atleast) when i removed the rear piece of molding around the license plate frame (to paint). It functions normally but when it is rolled down or up it shakes back and forth and i cant do any off roading with it down since it will smack around too much. I cant seem to see where the window tracks are, i can see at the bottom it is bolted on with some sort of clips.. anyone have any ideas how to get it back on track :) - there should be a video, assuming i uploaded it right

sorry for the revival

I am having the exact same problem! I'm gonna play around and look at the different components to see if I can spot anything visually wrong. Did you ever get this resolved?

p.s. if no one replies I won't be surprised :) after all, it is 6 years later!
