Fun reading all the lists! Speaking of, I have a printable packing list that we check off to make sure we don't forget anything- or take too much.
My pack...hubby's is pretty similar-ish. We split the community stuff fairly evenly.
Deuter Act lite 60+10
Neo-air Trekker (hubby and kid bought their BA pads the same day I bought this. For me it was the most comfortable. Guess who's has yet to leak...knock on wood...or to be replaced

). In winter I put my left-over clothes or jackets between the pad and my bag- usually my pants, maybe a jacket or two. We have a lighter, warmer neo-air too but I like my Trekker much better- a little wider and not so very crinkly
4 sleeping bags, all synthetic, most of the time use one, but have been known to double up when needed (I am a very cold sleeper). Most are Mountain Hardware, a Lamina -15, a woman's Lamina 20, another much older women's Lamina 20 (use for 70+ degrees), and a 40 degree cheap somewhat light bag for over 90)
Jetboil (warm fuel with body heat before use when it gets colder)
Jetboil fuel. We did a science fair project with 4 different fuels in cold weather. This one did the best, though MSR and Snowpeak were close.
Pot set, silicone bowl and cup, titanium spoon, longer nylon spoon for cooking
MSR water filter (goes in the sleeping bag when it's cold) and some back-up tablets. Bladders and a dromedary too.
Tent's just an REI ....half dome or something like that, I forget. 4 person...well, 3 people and a dog.
Layers, the minimum amount. All synthetic other than a couple of wool bits. Considering how cold I get it's still more than most people. I don't bring more than I can wear at one time, 'cept for socks and undies, and something lightish to sleep in if the days are gonna be hot and sweaty. I can't smell you because my nose is broken from smelling me.
Chair. It's a coleman woodsman II camp chair that weighs a little over 2# and I am totally fine with strapping that sucker to the outside of the pack.
Bear vault.
Rain fly/ wet weather gear if needed. We're all-weather.
Headlight, multi-tool, med kit, the usual junk like that. I use a library app for books on my phone- and a battery pack for longer trips. We backpack as often as we can given our other ideas of fun. Have rarely missed at least one night a month camping, foot or truck, usually more often though I think 5 is the most days we've backpacked so far. Kinda limited as the kid can do 11 miles, but not every day. He carries his own bag, pad and chair, hubby and I split the everything else. The dog carries some of his stuff, I carry the rest, like food and his sleeping bag and his coat and his rain coat and his socks and boots (depending on weather, of course).
Weekend before last...
He's got his coat on and I'm putting on his socks and boots. The hubby's pack is in the background and you can just see mine encased it its duck's back.
