Backup camera field of vision

Got in my truck this morning (2014 TEP) and was backing up when I noticed that the field of vision for my backup camera seems to have changed. The upper cutoff previously didn't include any of the license plate but today I could see about an inch of the bottom of the plate. I got out and checked to see if it was loose or if my license plate had shifted and everything seemed solid and correctly placed. There are no indications that the rear was hit or damaged so I'm kind of at a loss with how it changed. Any ideas or experience with that happening?

Take a photo of what you are seeing and post it here.
That way we can tell if it looks normal or not......
 
I will admit, I thought it had changed too. However, it is normal to have part of the license plate in your camera view.

Here is a pic to show the view. Its still functional but I swear to god it's different than it was before. Maybe I'm trippin.

Wow! That happened to me last weekend on my '10 TE and I have been trying to figure it out. It now has more fisheye and includes the license plate in the view. Also the picture looks more over-exposed (brighter). Before it just caught the back bumper and not near as much fisheye. The bumper appeared straighter than it does now. No hit or damage and the camera looks normal, not loose or moved.

this is funny, i've noticed this twice that i recall in two years of ownership...each time it seemed blatantly different, enough that I also went around and checked to see if the camera was bumped out of alignment...i convinced myself that i was crazy
 
Jeep had a much nicer backup camera - but that's about the only thing about the jeep that was nicer. Love the 4runner!
