bad computer

found a 95 RUNNER and the guy said the computer was bad its only 1k for the truck but what about the computer what am i looking aT HELP PLEASE

The "computer" doesn't go bad that often. What is the problem that is being blamed on a "bad" computer?

And I just got one on eBay for $50. So if it is the ECU, then it's an easy fix.

i will also say that the ECU isnt known to have issues
