intact glass...

I'm very surprised by the amount of intact glass on that 4Runner. Basically the entire driver's side glass and rear window are untouched... The rest of the truck looks like it went through a meat grinder.

This will be the best, most memorable Christmas in that driver's life.

Like he said - one more inch to the right, or probably more actually and it would have been curtains. Appears to be an offset frontal collision, the vehicle was already in motion rapidly to the left but he caught the rear end of the semi and it sheared through the right side of the vehicle, Probably didn't get wedged under it, more like glanced off. Fire Department cut the roof off etc to pull him out of there presumably, probably didn't open the door and walk out LoL

Yeah - guess there is no doubt the seat belts work well and the drivers seat is adequately bolted down. Passenger wouldn't have done too well that's for sure.

Vehicle did its job. Driver didn't- messing with his radio - glad it wasn't a stopped schoolbus.

He saved himself a bunch of money on a headstone. Joking aside glad that the 4runner sacrificed it's self and saved its owner.

Oh man - that just made me feel more confident in my purchase. So glad that driver was able to walk away.
