Bad engine vibrations

I have 2007 4Runner 4wd V6 and since I bought it one year ago I was feeling some vibrations from the engine but I thought that simple spark plug change will fix the problem.I changed them for Denso Iridium and it didn't help.I also cleand the throttle body ,Maf sensor,reset cpu and I changed air filter.Im changing my engine oil and Im greasing the drive shaft regurally.Now when I'm at full stop on D or R vibrations are really bad and I can hear very loud rumble inside the car.My mechanic checked everything and said that the computer it's not throwing any error codes and this is not transmission problem for sure.Should I go straight to Toyota dealer or you guys have some other ideas what it could be? It has only 69000 km and I am little dissappointed.

Have the motor mounts checked.

That is a good idea but what do I look for when checking the engine mounts?
