my brother has a 91 v6 4runner and it has been having problems starting. i tested for spark with the wire coming from the coil and i only see one spark when the key is turned and held to start. thought it might be the coil so i bought a new one and replaced it and the same thing, one spark only. does that mean the ICM is bad?
just want to make sure because that part is $200+ and it can not be returned after installed. thanks for any help.
