Bad shock? Spring?

I haven't gone and checked yet since I dont have time but I kust noticed this today. Just more stuff to frustrate me. And I also checked it on level ground aswell.
Thinking now maybe the spring is just weak

Have you looked under there, with that much sag the spring could be broken, or something else let loose, maybe a shock mount, I would be looking at that soon just so I knew what wasn't causing it if nothing else!
I should have mentioned i did look at it real quick and didnt see anything jumping out at me. New shocks and eveything connected there.
Didnt notice any spring issues when i was installing. Everything I took off was very worn.
I'm thinking might just do new springs but I kinda wanna lift the back up a bit and level it off now after seeing the difference.

Worn springs wont make that much difference.
If you just did new struts my guess would be you installed one side incorrectly.

The left shock looks exactly the same as the right one. I'm just gonna jack it back up take apart and see what i can figure out.
Bilstein said loosen the bolts then get then hand tight, put the truck on the ground then tighten. Maybe something bound up. That was one of the ideas along with just taking it out completely just to make sure its seated right and whatnot.
Cant even get the springs locally if I wanted too (or water/toilet paper lol) so gonna take part first.

toyota & most aftermarket companies specify a left & right part# for the front coil over shocks. maybe you mixed them up if you swapped original springs?

It's the rears that's an issue not the fronts.
As someone said it's the rear that's an issue but all the parts numbers the same for front and rear either way. I looked and everything seems fine and where it should be.
Hopefully tomorrow I can jack it up and take a look.

i understand its the rear sagging, but the wrong shock/spring on the front can contribute to that, theres plenty of threads on the drivers side lean on these 4runners. but i agree they arent as severe as whats pictured.
i wasnt sure what springs you used for the new bilsteins, if you swapped the original stock springs onto the bilstein you could have mixed up the sides as they are different. toyota color coded the springs for left/right. but as i mentioned above, there are many threads on the driver side lean on these 4runners but not as bad as what you pictured. just a suggestion to check.
I did one side at a time so don't think there's a chance that I did that. I will look into the driver side lean and hopefully in a bit I can get out and jack it up. My kids are a tad grumpy at the moment so gonna do some luck and see If we can all go out.
Maybe I will just get some new rear springs or find the cheapest fix for the lean.
I was hoping to tow a car next week and not sure If I want to until I figure this out.
I will get it back on level ground and see how much of a difference it really is.

if you did one side at a time then the spring thing should not be an issue. very strange it sits that uneven since the rear springs weren't changed.
best of luck figuring it out.

Im guessing it was part of the original shock that just didn't come out when I removed it and missed it. Was stuck in there pretty good. Maybe the other side had one and I just dont remember.
Popped it out and reinstalled new shock. Def looks better but I still think there is about an inch difference.
Maybe now its just the normal lean I've been told about? Maybe now Ill look into lifting the back up a bit to match the front as cheap as I can.
Sorry for the late response, the interesting times we are ll going through has caused for a busy life with 3 kids everyday all day and all that.
After taking out whatever that was from the original shock it seems to have come up a bit.
I did some measurements the other day finally and while only rough and didn't check the tire pressures this is what I got.
Driver side front and rear 34 1/2
Pass rear 36 1/4
Pass front 35 1/2
Everything looks good with the springs and how they are seated and such.
Would a spacer on the driver side help this maybe? I've seen some videos of them being put on the driver side to help with the lean.
