badges for model #

I'm in Canada, and none of the new 4runners seem to have badges showing the model (ie: SR5 vs Limited vs Trail). From users' pics, it seems like the american models do, but not the canadian ones. Any reason for this?

Socialism perhaps? I've never seen a "Trail" badge in the USA.

I am in Canada. Mine has the SR5 badging. Pretty sure that I saw the Limited badging. Have not seen the Trail badging though.

Ha! You beat me to it on that one 1000! My LTD has badge on left and right sides. Another thing I noticed is that the 4x4s and the 4x2s look the same...no badge that says either way...which actually I am fine with...just making observation.

But the USA models didn't get running boards stock and they cost alot more then the $12 plastic badges we got.:shrug:

I'm in Canada also, with a Limited, and mine has no badging. I asked Toyota.ca and the dealership and they both said it was only US vehicles that had badging. No real explaintion either?
