So I ordered this jack like a month and 10 days ago now and it still hasn't come in. Anyone else ordered this and got it in yet? How long did you have to wait?

Website lies. It's showing the display model. This has been the case everytime I've seen that and called that store.

My HF doesn't even have the display anymore and has not restocked in months. Something is going on. Supply chain issues, lawsuit, I don't know.

Thanks for reminding me, I'm going to call their HQ today to see if I can figure out what's going on. Been nearly two months now and the clerk seemed to think the typical wait for new items like this was 2 weeks.

Well I'll be. Only had to wait on hold for about 3 minutes and guy was able to track down my order in a few more and gave me an ETA of the 19th. Doesn't surprise me that this item is just extremely popular and they underestimated the number of pre-orders they would get. They didn't realize sending these out to a bunch of YouTubers was going to get it this much visibility I guess (the CS line was getting tons of inquires on this item before it was even available for pre-order). Funny how people complain about the customer service at HF but my local store has always been great on that (and the next two closest stores) and that was in the top 10% of customer service line experiences I've had (just the fact that I didn't wait on hold for 30-40 minutes is huge). My only complaint is that their website generally sucks at assessing inventory.

As much as HF is maligned by the general public, it always seems to be busy and their staff are always friendly and helpful unlike so many other stores. I’ve found their online inventory thingy useful and accurate.

2 months and a day it finally comes in. Excited to get my truck up in the air for no good reason, just because lol. This thing honestly exceeded my high expectations, quality looks great and there was a lot of thought put into some of the features. Guessing it's probably a combo of supply chain and higher than anticipated demand that made the wait this long but I'm happy regardless.
