Hopefully everyone has seen the Baja Ladder that is equipped on [MENTION=51680]98_4runnerSR5[/MENTION] rig. If not, pictures are below (and shame on you).
I have been in contact with the BajaRack sales team, inquiring about the ladder. Unfortunately, it is currently not in production. If they have enough customer's wanting one, they will bring it back from the grave and at least make one more special run of them. BajaRack is currently at SEMA, and the sales team is going to contact me next week with the magical number (possibly 10) and the magical price for each ladder in order to make one special run.
So, what I need to know, who is interested? I realize it's hard to be committed without an exact price, however that should be known next week. I believe when they were available, the price was in the ballpark of $150 (I could be wrong). I will keep this post updated with a list below of who is interested, and will update this thread with information as soon as I receive it.

Questions and Answers:
1. How does it mount? - According to 98_4runnerSR5, there are no holes to be drilled. There are clamps that slip onto the hatch and the ladder bolts to it. Very similar to the GOBI ladder
2. Shipping to Canada? - Can ship to Canada, cost depends on location
3. What is the load rating? - Rated at 250lbs
4. Shipping to Hawaii? - Can ship to Hawaii, costs is about $100
5. Shipping cost in general? - Could be $50 or more
6. How far does it sit off the hatch?Ladder is about 1-2", depending on exact placement
7. Shipped bare metal or painted black? - Epoxy undercoat and black powdercoat
8. Does it fit over a JAOS spoiler? - No

Pricing is $200 per ladder :(

I would be interested in a Baja ladder to complement my WMW roof rack (which I hope to finally install this weekend after having it sitting in my garage now for the past 7 months...)

it appears the Baja ladder bolts to the lower portion of the rear hatch; how sturdy is that, and what is its load rating when climbing it to access the roof?

I believe I read on their website once that it's a 250lb capacity. Dont quote me on that though
 
I have 2 questions how does it mount, and how far does it sit off the rear hatch. Not sure if there's enough room between the hatch and the swingout on the bumper.

Im also how it mounts to both the rear hatch, and the roof rack?
weight limits on it?
Shipping to Florida?
Will it be shipped bare metal or painted black?


Lets all post our questions (copy and paste the list) so he can forward it to Baja, so they can answer all of them?
 
interested if it all comes together soon and can be had before the end of the year (packing the t4r on a boat early January)
