I have a feeling that some folks just don't know that this is going on, maybe some of the newbies need some help getting to this GB? :noidea:
 
Can get any kind of rough estimate on what the discount may be? Maybe a range depending on the amount of people? I think I will be in for the smaller rack.

I would like to know also, so I can make a decision whether it's worth it for me to participate or not. What was the discount like on the last one, it should be similar? There are a lot of people that have to or try to budget out what they spend on mods.
 
The problem is that sometimes the price is secret. Im not sure if thats the case with this GB but Jicko is really good at putting these together. If youve been on the forums any amount of time youll see he puts alot of these together. Basically if it wasnt worth it he wouldnt do it. Unfortunately if we dont get the signups this wont happen. Saving money is good whether its 10% or 50% so i would say get on the list.

But the vagueness can cause people to not participate, which normally is the case for me, because I don't like to back out of things if I don't feel that the deal is worth me spending my hard earned money. To be honest the vagueness feels like a power trip.... I am currently on the list but if it only ends up being a 10% discount it won't be worth it for me to follow through. It looks bad when I or others say we want to participate, then if we find out the deal isn't as good as it is made out to sound then it shouldn't be a surprise when some people back out. I'm not stating my opinion on this to cause problems, but to be honest I am getting frustrated with not knowing how much I might be committing to. Also with 20 people on the list currently, we should be able to get a fairly good idea on pricing.

Understand working your budget, most of us have to. The way I look at it living 3000 mi from local pickup, even just a 10% discount saves money on shipping. Hope it works out for you!
 
I'll be #21. 2016 TEP - long roof rack. I can do a local pick up. Is there an option for a removable panel over the sun roof opening?
 
Is this restricted to late models or can 3rd gens get in on it? Also any idea of what kind of discount you are going to get?
 
As far as i know if baja has a rack for your truck you can get in on it. As far as the discount. Jicko knows but hasnt said anything as of yet. He did say it would be significant. And he does these all the time so i trust him. If we dont get the required number it isnt going to happen. Read post 1 and get on the list is about the only advice i can give.

Not too late for this I hope? Definitely interested. 2008 Urban Runner. Not sure of exact specs yet.
