I contact Tacomapros at [email protected] , telling them you didn't receive the initial email. Then I received a PayPal link. I paid through PayPal. Then I received a refund. Then I contacted them and asked for another invoice..nada, nothing. I have now emailed bajarack...

I am not up to speed with what is going on and this is a little frustrating.

Sorry for all the confusion. When we initially paid Tacomapros, they had such a huge volume of large payments over one weekend, that paypal raised a red flag. Being a small business, they did not know Tacomapros very well to just "fork over" all this money that came thru in one weekend.

"paypal protection" doing its job I guess.

That's when Tacomapros and Bajarack started to work for a solution. Best thing they could do, since paypal didn't want to cooperate, was to refund all the payments.

Next, instead of paying Tacomapros, everyone will pay Bajarack directly. Paypal "knows" Bajarack since they are a larger company.

Once all the monies are refunded, you can either wait or request an invoice from bajarack at the email posted earlier.

Payments can be done with a CC over the phone or via paypal.

Orders are actually already being fabricated. Bajarack knows all the participants are legitimate and went ahead and started to produce the racks as to ship them out ASAP.

Jeff, when money is refunded to your paypal, it actually sits in your paypal as balance. Therefore, you send it right over to Baja using that balance. it never hits your actual checking/saving/etc.

I would email bajarack directly. If you are seeing TWO emails for bajarack, copy both. lol

has anyone who e-mailed bajarack gotten a response yet? I sent my request for an invoice over the weekend and still nothing... I know they are probably swamped but just making sure i'm not the only one still waiting.

A few have gotten a response. Their internet was down most of the day.

Emailed Bajarack today. Received an email back with invoice notification. Then was sent the actual PayPal invoice in a separate email. Paid the invoice for Bajarack. All is good on my end now. Now I wait to get the tracking number on 2-19-16. Thanks again for putting on the group buy!
