Ball Joint Recall

Hello,

I have a 2001 4runner and saw that the units affected were 768379. How do I know if this is my "unit". Is there a number printed on my car somewhere?

I would like to make sure that my ball joints were replaced when I purchased my vehicle back in 2008... 192k miles on it now.
