Didn't take me that long really! Took off for the Sierra's on a 750mile single day round trip. Guess that lack fo sleep thing got to me. Didn't see how deep the hole was on the other side of that rock.... as it was under moss & water. So the first wound was inflickted when the rear wheel slid 3 feet down the face of the rock into the water. Top of the rock "exploded" the rear bumper and broke the tail-light. Plastic flies! Popped it off like a bottle cap.
I was able to piece back the bumper cover but the tail-light will set me back. Just forcing me to look harder at something real - aka - not plastic...
But......:bash: Toyota in their infinite wisdom - has just now fixed the rear bumper on the 2010 model. Not my 2009. There is sooooooooooooo much room beween the bumper wrap arounds and the body - looks almost impossible to cover it gracefully. So that's the scoop.
