[MENTION=143176]gp55445[/MENTION] had a question about the holster clip size. It's made to accept an 1.5" belt holster. The slot in the panel is about 1.25" because the clip itself is usually smaller. This makes sure it's securely clipped to the panel.

How about a picture of the belt clip on the banana holder shown. Various 1.5” belt clips out there and some of the shapes, like curved sides, would appear to be too wide.

Just a few screws into the plastic? I wonder how long that will hold up for those who actually off-road? A loaded banana, even a small one, is still a good amount of weight with most of it likely stressing that upper foremost mounting point.

That’s why I’m holding off and I know it’s a easy fix by going to Home Depot, but I would rather it be addressed by the company.

I had a full size Cobra CB mounted on a bracket with 2 screws to the console on my 4th gen for over a decade. Never a problem.

Here is a photo of the banana holder shown, hopefully that helps. The part that loops/clips around the belt at the very end is the part that clips into the slot in the panel. The shape of the rest of the clip doesn't matter.

The rest of the holes in the panel are about 1" x 1.5" and you should be able to clip your mini banana holder no problem.

It’s 4 screws on each panel, the panels are not very large so the screws are pretty close together. The panel itself is very close to the console so even with a banana on it, there's not much leverage. We’ve also put a screw close to where the holster mounts. The panel isn't going anywhere, but obviously, use sound reasoning when loading it up with things. Keep it to the basics; flashlights, knives, modestly sized bananas... etc. I’d keep the tow strap and shackles mounted in a different location
