Thanks for asking. Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Progress on the headlights has been slow, but coming along. I’ll try to post an update soon.

Here's a small dual projector update. I painted the aluminum brackets semi-gloss hi-temp paint. The brackets won't be visible in the headlights, but I just didn't want any stray light reflecting off the shiny aluminum in the housings.
Installed the rubber grommets into the brackets. The grommets are how the bracket is attached to the headlight housing with 4 screws each. This allows the adjustment for the lights.
Then I installed the projectors into the brackets.
Finally I successfully test fit both headlight housings into the truck. This was a huge hurdle to overcome. There are so many parts that have to attach to, or line up with the headlights: The corner lights, lower filler panels, grille, and hood. Getting everything to look right and fit with proper gaps was a huge challenge, but I finally got it. This is just the housings with the glass lenses taped onto them.

Then I installed the projectors into the brackets.

A little more work on the dual projectors this weekend, with a bunch of pics. I started mocking up the headlight assemblies. First here are the covers. These cover the projectors, and the shrouds mount to them.
Here are the halos mounted to the covers. They sit in grooves and are attached by thin wires.
Then I mounted the shrouds to the covers. These are just setting in place for now, but will be mounted with double sided tape.
Going back to the bracket with the projectors mounted, I mounted the devils eyes and routed their wires.
Then I mounted the covers to the brackets with the projectors. They are attached via screws.
Set the shrouds back in place:

Jumping over to the headlight housings. This is how they currently look.
Finally, I set the projector assemblies into the headlight housings to see how they look and fit.

Small project completed – New limb risers. I was previously using 1/4” diameter steel rod for my limb risers with a separate turnbuckle to keep them tight. A few things I wasn’t fully happy with on this setup. The rods vibrated in certain windy conditions, and also they would sag in the middle if not pulled tight enough. Also the turnbuckle was not aesthetically pleasing.
So my plan to improve them was to use a larger diameter tubing instead of the rods, and integrate the turnbuckles directly into the tubing. I chose 5/8” diameter tubing with 1/16” thick walls. I machined some steel inserts to fit into the ends of the tubing. Two of the inserts have right hand threads, and the other 2 have left hand threads. I am using the standard hooks from a purchased pair of turnbuckles.

I welded the inserts into the ends of the tubing:
Then I painted them black. The squat rack came in really handy to hang these long parts on, in order to paint them.
So basically the entire limb riser is one big turnbuckle. To install them, I just have to put the hooks into the bumper and roof rack eyes, and turn the tubing to tighten it up. It works really well, and is very clean looking. I can put them on, or take them off with no tools, in only a few seconds.
And finally, here they are installed:
Since the larger diameter tubing is much stiffer than the 1/4“ rod, it doesn’t vibrate in the wind, and doesn’t sag in the middle. It will also support the weight of limbs much better.

What did you paint your sliders in to prevent the paint from coming off after going through the car wash? I painted mine with rustoleum undercoating back when I lived in AZ, but now that I'm back the high pressure underbody rinse at the local car wash just peels it off like it's nothing and I'm left with a bunch of surface rust on the bare metal that is behind it.
