Ban hasn't been lifted

A friend of mine that frequents this forum had his account banned on November 9th for 'trying to start flame wars', however, his banned was supposed to be lifted on November 16th, 2016 at 8:00 AM, but he is still banned as of today. He has sent several emails to [email protected], but hasn't received any responses. Does anybody know what the issue is? Or admins who he can email to fix the problem? Thanks.
