Bar inside back of 4runner

I'm looking for options on putting something like one of those clothes hangar bars in the very back of my runner. I need it there so I can keep my fishing poles up and out of the way, and inside where they wont get rained on, dust and dirt etc in my reels.

Does anyone have a simple solution to putting a bar back there?
