Well guys, I spent my morning trying to find a replacement skid plate for my 'Runner. No luck, unless
I wanted to buy the rear half of a torn up one. I popped the hood of an '03 Taco and see a K&N sticker. I took the filter up front ( new looking BTW), and bought it for $5.00 . I then went to Autozone to buy the recharge kit ($10.00) and priced a new filter at $61.00 !

Spending your day looking at f#cked up skid plates.... Annoying!

good find but you're better off with a TrueFlow or Amsoil filter. Actually, I went the OEM route and got a replacement while I was at the dealership and they have beefed theirs up significantly from the original I had on there
