This was in Canada at an official Toyota event to show off the 2010 4Runner. Presumably that 4Runner is Canadian spec so it may have features that are unavailable in the U.S. Those guys running around throwing things under the wheels are Toyota reps. Why the he.. would they post this on Youtube?

I think it is just a Magnetic Gray Metallic TE. The cladding is still flat black but the contrast isn't as obvious.

It looks to me as though he is high-centered. So I'm not sure that better tires would have helped that much.
