So the paint on my roof is really faded, though the clear coat is not peeling (or maybe the clear is gone...just waxed the heck out of it). It doesn't bother me much, but I was wondering if anyone tried using bedliner tape or anti-slip tape to cover part of the roof. I figured this would be useful for preventing paint scratches from snowboards, gear, etc. while serving as a cover up for the paint fade and prevent possible peel in the future. Not sure how it'd hold up to weather. Opinions?
