I was wondering if anyone here has ever attempted to put in a Bedslide (or similar product) onto their sleeping platform? I took some internal measurements and I think I could get it to fit.

I was considering it because I was planning on hauling around tools and equipment. I didn't want to have to unload a bunch of crap to get to something.
I'm also thinking about redoing my sleeping platform and welding up a steel frame instead of the plywood structure I have now. I'm in the ideation phase, so apologies in advance if my mind is gravitating towards strange things. I promise you, it's not the drugs this time.
