Beep volume on camry NAV

I just installed a Rockford Fosgate amp to a 05 camry NAV, and of all things the beep noise that you get when you touch the buttons is REALLY loud, almost ear piercing. Is there anyway to turn down the volume, or turn it off. I looked through the manual, and nothing on that. I forgot how to get to the diagnostic screen, maybe there is something there?

Any Ideas? This loud beep is like slow torture! What is the procedure to get to the diagonostic screen? I think it had something to do with hitting the display button and then you have to touch two portions of the screen at the same time, I just don't remember which two. Anyone with the '05 Camry NAV know what I mean?

If memory serves, the blind buttons are on the left side of the screen, top and bottom. I think you have to press both simultaneously 3 times!

Also you can hold down the info button while turning your parking lights on and off real quick 3 times

I have an 05 Camry NAV, but I'm not sure what beeps you are referring to. I don't hear any beeps when I push the buttons.

on my 05 Camry Nav, every button you push whether it is a botton on the unit (hard button) or one on the screen (soft button) there is a beep. I guess to let you know that you have successfully hit the button.

Anyway, I have solved the super-sonic beeping torture by turning down the gain on the amp, it was cranked pretty high. By lowering the gains the beep is now bearable again....yea!!!

Thanks to supraCP on the advice to getting the diagnostic screen. Works perfectly.
