Hello everyone. I am new to this website and also fairly new to Toyota's.

I have a 2002 Toyota 4Runner SR5 3.4L V6 with about 106,xxx miles.

I am just looking to start adding some cool features to my truck and asking for some advice on where to start. I am currently looking into getting a cold air intake.

Anyways any ideas or good starting points or good websites to check out would be helpful :)

Ah, another NM owner. I'm jelly. That means you live by 4-Ripcord, ALBPM, Natemob, and BigFishAllDay... You're a lucky man. Some of the nicest 4Runners on this site!

As for your CAI, don't buy before researching... The best intake modifications for the 4Runners are FREE until you start buying your airfilters (AFE Dry Filters, of course).

Welcome!

Starting point? Buy some cross bars for your roof rack from DeathCougar in the classifieds. Take off the running boards. Cut the rubber piece off of the rear mud flaps. Make your own front mudflaps.
