Bellhousing swap compatibility

The bellhousing on my 96 cracked. It has the 2.7l 4Cyl and the 5 speed. All I need to know is what trans/bellhousing would be compatible. The dealership cant seem to tell me and Im having trouble finding a trans from a 4cyl 3rd gen. I can get one from a 6 cyl if it'll fit...
Anyone know?

A 6 cyl bellhousing with not fit a 4 cly engine unfortunately. The manual transmission on V6 models (R150F) is different to the 4 cyl models (W59).

He is talking manual, to the best of my knowledge the r150F was the 4x4 manual tranny that was attache to the V6 and the W59 was the manual attached to the 4 banger.

To the OP im guessing you have an 2000 ish S4 (idk what B# that is)
