Bench test rear window motor

Ok so this topic has been beat to death and I've been reading A LOT for over a month now.
Of course the rear window stopped working so I did the usual tricks like pushing on the left corner of the tailgate to ensure the tailgate detection switch was grounding, nothing was working.

So I follow 4crawlers website modified the relay to allow the window to work all the time, still nothing.

So I attempt to check if the motor will even move when directly hooked up to a power source, nothing at all. No up no down and no audible noises that even indicate the motor wants to work.
I verified that I am getting 11-12v at the plug leading into the motor.

So this tells me the motor is bad right?

And to add, unsure if this is unrelated but when I press on the console switch I hear the relay clicking when I press down , but nothing when pressing up.

Someone tell me I'm not crazy in thinking the motor may be bad
Thanks in advance
