Best audio upgrade for 2006

What's the best audio upgrade for 2006 model? I'd like to have USB at least. The current AM/FM/CD/MP3 Player is OK, but it's not spectacular and without USB ... uggggggggggg. I wasn't sure if I should go to a Toyota dealer and check out their options, or go with an aftermarket?

I have the Kenwood DDX371 setup in my 2007 and love it. It's got bluetooth and the USB cord I have set up into the glovebox, however I've seen where others feed it through to the center console.
