Best crossrails for Yakima MegaWarrior roof basket?

The brackets for this basket are stated to work with round or square cross sectional rails but which crossrails work well or better than others?

I was looking at the megawarrior before I decided to go with just the LFB roof bar set up..If I recall, they will work just fine with the factory roof bars.

Thanks. The factory cross rails seem to sit a little lower which may be quieter or keep drag down some. Hopefully they are not any weaker than the aftermarket rails that sit on top of the main roof rails.
