Best place to buy parts

So I'm going ahead and ordering one of those "mini headers" to replace my cracked cast manifold. They were on some of the '00 4runners, and its a lot easier than buying a full LCE header kit. Part number 17141-75080. I've typically bought parts used or from a junkyard but can't find this part anywhere around me. Where is generally the cheapest dealership/online retailer to buy toyota parts from? Some members claim that the mini header runs about $150, but I've only found it for $250 or more. Thanks

Rockauto, they have a discount code on here somewhere. Also with header/exhaust work, I always take that to someone else. Bolts are usually tough to get out without braking in half.
