Best Spark plugs for V6, and any other 60k miles maintenece?

I just rolled 60K miles on my '06 4x4 V6 and I'm going to change the plugs. My only real concern is gas mileage, which ones should I get? I remember seeing a past thread on here about that but I tried searching and couldn't find it.

I also plan on cleaning the throttle body, changing the 4x4/dif fluids, and getting a K&N air filter. Any other suggestions?

Thanks CJ, lots of good info.

Plugs and gear fulid go in tonight and I just ordered a K&N air filter.

Am I reading the trans fluid change right, you pull the line and then start the motor to pump out the old fulid? Are you filling while it with new fluid while it's running. I've done fulid flushes before when I worked at service center but I have to admit I'm a little leary about having the system open while the truck is running.
